How do we implement learning games? What basic steps to take? These are the main

Very roughly,a learning project with games, simulations and/or virtual worlds will be characterized
by:

a delimitation that defines the scope of the project;

a purpose or intention;

a number of more or less organized resources;

a number of actions organized as processes;

a business model balancing resources employed vs. value created;

a working context that includes models, methods, theories, knowledge, know-how, tools,
references, etc.
