Please ensure reservations for 6 students (3 * double-room -- or 2 * triple-room in case someone should cancel their reservations for triple-rooms). No ocean view (they'll be facing their laptops anyways....)
Coach may or may not need a single-room for 1 or 2 nights, but needs permission from mom (i.e. talk to his secretary to understand his schedule for the 16.....) -- more to follow ;)
