An application note describing the BidiBlast tool was accpeted for publication at 'Genomics, Proteomics & Bioinformatics'. 'The paper will be published in several months' acording to that journal Editorial Board.
In the mean time the executable package will be transferred to the Sourceforge servers, and the existing user registration system duly discarded
